Information you give us: name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include when you contact us, book a call, or speak with Obrinex AI on this site.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working and to understand what is useful.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

The Obrinex AI assistant on this site converts your speech to text in your own browser. Audio is not uploaded to us or stored on our servers.

The resulting text is sent to our language model provider to generate a reply. Conversation text is not used to train third-party models.

To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for; to operate, secure and improve the site; and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, AI model providers), each bound to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, then delete it. Client project data is retained under the terms of the relevant agreement.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or request a copy in portable form. Email info@obrinex.space and we will respond within the period required by law.

We use only what is necessary to make the site function and to measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; core parts of the site will still work.
