Acceptable Use Policy

Obrinex builds AI systems that act in the real world. This policy sets out uses we will not build for or support, and applies to this website, the Obrinex AI assistant, and any system we deliver.

Anything unlawful, or designed to harass, defraud, impersonate or discriminate against people.

Generating deceptive content presented as human, where the recipient would reasonably need to know they are dealing with an AI.

Bulk unsolicited messaging, scraping in breach of a site's terms, or circumventing security controls.

Processing personal data without a lawful basis, or feeding third-party personal data into a system without proper notice and consent.

Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without human review.

Systems we build disclose that they are AI when asked. Where an agent takes consequential action — money, legal commitments, deletion, external communication — a human approval step is designed in.

If a delivered system is used in breach of this policy, we may suspend support and, where the breach is serious or uncorrected, end the engagement. Report concerns to info@obrinex.space.
