Refund Policy

We would rather fix a problem than keep money for work that missed. If a deliverable does not meet what the Statement of Work describes, tell us and we will correct it.

If an audit has not yet started, it is refundable in full. Once work has begun, we refund the portion not yet performed.

Build work is billed against milestones. Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. Fees paid for milestones not yet started are refundable if the engagement ends.

Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — model usage, infrastructure, licences — are not refundable, as they are paid to the provider.

Email info@obrinex.space describing what fell short. We respond within five working days and, where a refund is due, process it within fourteen days to the original payment method.
